can't connect iMac g5 to Internet after reinstalling os tiger

recently purchased a used iMac g5, when I first starting using it it connected to my wireless Internet router ,but it had the previous owner personal info and I did not want my grand kids it it so I reinstalled tiger asa factory restore. now I can't connect to Internet. airport setup fails to set up connection
